The kaleidoscopic transition of foliage always heralds in the start of holiday portrait season. Oppressive humidity gives way to cooler weather and all day photo sessions. Our summer tans still radiate like the golden beaches of vacation. The warm and fuzzy season sprouts like marshmallows on hot cocoa. These photos of the Prosdocimo family were taken last fall at Bushy Run. They are just a small handful of the 225 photos they received from that one-hour photo session. Wedding Photography in N. Huntingdon, PA

You may know Jessica Nethen. She is a friend that I trust and respect. Not only was she my former student at photography school , she has also been my 2nd shooter while capturing weddings. You may ask, “Were you nervous to capture her Big Day?” My response to you would be, “Cha… ABSOLUTELY!!”  I am always humbled by former students when they ask me to capture their wedding memories. Jessica and Michael asked me to capture their engagement and wedding photos. These two were so much fun to work with. And if you are wondering…. No, I did make her assist me in capturing her own wedding. This time, I had the help of Chris Lane. Chris and I had a great time capturing Jessica and Michael’s December wedding! We were thrilled to spend the entire day with you both and your guests. This couple did the unthinkable: they planned an outdoor wedding in December – and they pulled it off! What you say? Two BIG DAYS!

Best Wishes to Valerie and Corey. These two amazing musicians are professionals in the genre of bluegrass: Bluegrass/CopperWatchMusic. Valerie’s mom bought the highest bid for my photo services that I donated toward a local, non-profit, environmental organization (Jacob’s Creek Watershed Association). I was thrilled that she loved my work but was shocked when I heard of her daughter’s wedding date: OCT. 7th!!! Unfortunately, I was already booked! Fortunately, my business partner, Chris Lane was able to capture and edit their wedding! Corey and Valerie told me how pleased they were with Chris’ professionalism and creativity. They also expressed how happy they were to discover us in the last month before their wedding. I can only express how fortunate I am to be connected to such a wonderful network of clients, great photographers and non-profits. Donate & hire locally to support your community. Kathryn’s Mom contacted me earlier this year to capture her daughter’s Big Day. Her daughter, Kathryn, lives in Red Lion, PA and didn’t know a photographer in the Greensburg – Irwin area. Fortunately, her Mom had hear of me through some friends. Congratulations to Kathryn and Mike. Lindsey and I had such an amazing time celebrating your Big Day with you! Senior Portrait in My Studio!

Just in time for the peak of senior portrait season, I was thrilled that Elizabeth booked her photo session in my studio. She is a senior, lacrosse player at Yough High School. Her mom loved the barn door I custom built using reclaimed wood from a barn in North Huntingdon. This also serves as a dual purpose, ventilated area that houses our hot water tank and HVAC unit. I am so geeked about the studio, and my yard is brimming with scenic vistas as well. By the way, I added a cute little pink chair as a prop and Elizabeth didn’t want to use it but her mom did.
