Romance radiated from the Laurel Highlands on the day of Stacey & Jason’s wedding. The day was filled with gorgeous people, earthy environs & luminous skies. Helen’s Restaurant at Seven Springs Ski Resort provided the perfect setting for their intimate wedding. The ceremony took place directly outside the restaurant nestled among the boulders and mountain laurel overlooking the pond. It was charming, serene, transcendental and perfect. When we arrived at the bride’s home, we were greeted by a Labrador Retriever and a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. At that point, I knew it was going to be a GREAT day! Lauren and Brandon celebrated their day and had their “first look” under electric blue skies. I find many things enjoyable about a career in photography. One of the things is making people happy – or should I “cheesily” say (while rolling my eyes), “making people smile”. I love the interaction that occurs when capturing an image that celebrates a moment in life. I was extremely excited to capture the image of the groomsman following the instructions to folding the pocket square. In additional to this smokin’ hot couple, highlighs include pre-ceremony at a swanky hotel in Monroeville, a ceremony in Irwin and a rustic-chic reception in North Huntingdon.
