Like the bouquet reflects the bride’s personality, Jessica’s was both fun and colorful. Jessica & Tyler’s summer wedding was filled with sunny skies & friendly vibes. They had a beautiful ceremony in the Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin, PA followed by formal photos at Bushy Run Battlefield. The reception was held at The Crystal Ballroom in Hermine. A Perfect Love Story

2020 may have been a challenging year but nothing can stop a Love Story. Weddings last year were intimate, romantic & typically held outdoors. Many scheduled dates were moved around or venues changed. Molly, Nathan & their little puppy Trigger adjusted their planned big wedding to one that included their immediate family. It turned out to be absolutely perfect. Chris & I know this family really well. We were there to capture Sara & David’s Big Day too (Molly’s sister)! Two Gender Reveals and a Wedding!

Abby and Josh pulled together a wedding in three weeks. I know, some people take a year to plan so this was pretty hard to believe! They are expecting twins due in July and wanted to have a gender reveal at the reception. I was so excited for them! A few weeks ago Abby reached out to me to photograph her maternity session. Rain will not Oppress Bliss

Nicole and Mike had a wet start to their wedding day. As a photographer, I would rather have a beautiful, cloudy day filled with rain instead of a sunny day filled with scorching temperatures. A cloudbank creates a natural “soft box” effect that is comparable to working in the photo studio. The highlight to shadow exposure ratio is not as extreme as it is on a sunny day. I still pop a flash at times to brighten up those eyes. Even though it rained on their wedding day, it most definitely did not rain on their parade! Congratulations Nicole and Mike! Destination Wedding: Pittsburgh!!!

I may be biased, but I think Pittsburgh, PA is one of the best places for a destination wedding! We have several beautiful beaches, glistening water, sunny days, grand city vistas, ample lodging, great restaurants, wonderful cultural performances, excellent museums, the best medical facilities along with a hoppin’ night scene with deep historic ties. Maria and Amin met in college here and decided that the Sheraton Station Square was going to be the place to have everything. Their guests could stay at the hotel, witness their marriage in the courtyard with city-line views, celebrate at the reception and then take the elevator up to their rooms. Everyone would have enough energy to take in the cultural experiences of this former steel town that is gracefully dancing through a renaissance. You got to admit, if your from this area you a very proud to call this place “home”. And you probably questioned the “beautiful beaches” comment! However, you have to admit that we have miles and miles of coastline! Hope you enjoy their photos! Check out my newly revised website. And please, I recommend you even “LIKE” some photos on facebook!
