Hempfield HS Senior Portrait

The other day, I was contacted by a repeat client who wanted me to capture her other son’s senior portraits. Trevin wanted to go to the same location as his brother, Kirklin, did at Twin Lakes Park. That park in Greensburg, PA, has so many awesome backdrops (Abby & Josh’s maternity blog post). I was thrilled at the challenge to capture different backdrops at this location. After talking with him, Trevin is going to embrace his senior year at Hempfield High School. He is looking forward to choosing a university that best suits his interests and career needs. Senior Portrait in My Studio!

Just in time for the peak of senior portrait season, I was thrilled that Elizabeth booked her photo session in my studio. She is a senior, lacrosse player at Yough High School. Her mom loved the barn door I custom built using reclaimed wood from a barn in North Huntingdon. This also serves as a dual purpose, ventilated area that houses our hot water tank and HVAC unit. I am so geeked about the studio, and my yard is brimming with scenic vistas as well. By the way, I added a cute little pink chair as a prop and Elizabeth didn’t want to use it but her mom did. Maternity Photos at Twin Lakes Park

A couple weeks ago, I wrote about Abby & Joshua’s wedding. Abby contacted me again to capture another moment of their celebration with their twin boys! She wanted wildflowers and forests. I scoped out a few spots and texted her pics of the location. She loved the environment and we met there a few hours later. Two Gender Reveals and a Wedding!

Abby and Josh pulled together a wedding in three weeks. I know, some people take a year to plan so this was pretty hard to believe! They are expecting twins due in July and wanted to have a gender reveal at the reception. I was so excited for them! A few weeks ago Abby reached out to me to photograph her maternity session.
