Props are Tops

Why yes, Norwin has a Trap team! Kayla’s mom hit me up to capture her senior portraits and I didn’t realize Norwin offered the Olympic sport. Apparently, several schools offer Trap. Kayla brought her shotgun to the photo session. I’ve captured student musicians with their instruments and pet lovers with their dogs. The prop was something exciting and different. I always think of ways to use props to elevate the energy level and relate them to the person. Thanks for looking & hope you enjoy! Aaron McGregor Photography

Hiatus Rejuvinated

My niece, Aley, and her groom Joe embraced each other on October 31, 2022. Yes, that seems like a decade ago but they are still celebrating their honeymoon – as it should be. I haven’t been blasting everyone with promos and blog posts in a while because I didn’t know where I would be after hip surgery. Well let me tell you that modern medicine and prayers are miraculous! They replaced my hip and it has been a life changer. Just wanted to let you know that your genetic DNA should never hold you back from your passion. Let me know if you want a 2024 wedding discount. Bhavya and Michael

I Do!

Sometimes you get hired to capture a small ceremony and you wish you could have spent the entire day with the couple. This was the case with Bhavya and Michael’s backyard wedding. They Zoomed it so their International guests could experience their wedding in North Huntingdon, PA. To say that 2020 was a bit compromised would be an understatement. I am so lucky that they trusted me to capture this chapter of their Love Story! See more of my work at https://www.amcgregorphotography.com/index/G0000QsKl2oGGBiA

Wedding on the Lawn

Wedding Celebration on the Lawn

Fast forward from last blog that featured Bekah & Luc’s engagement to their Big Day! Their April wedding became a July wedding that was celebrated in the front yard. It was perfect! The challenges of planning a 2020 wedding created opportunities that featured romantic settings. The bride made her grand entrance from the home during the processional as the groom beamed at her while waiting under a tent. The azure blue skies and sunny breezes were a perfect pairing for this fun-loving couple. I am making many updates to my website so make sure to check it out! Aaron McGregor Photography

Terah & William’s Wedding

Let’s face it, perfect vision should be 2019 instead of 2020. I guess it was hindsight that I waited a full year to post this wedding! Even though I am already back into the swing of capturing Love Stories, family & senior portraits, I like to “age” a great wedding. Congratulations to Terah & William on their wedding and they just recently announced the arrival of a new baby! These two lovers were so much fun and Chris and I were honored, as always!
